The platform operates as a buying agent — once an item ships from the seller to the CNFans warehouse, the seller refund window effectively closes, and your dispute is with CNFans rather than the original seller. Before the seller ships — full refund possible
If your order is still "pending" or "purchasing" and the seller hasn't shipped to the CNFans warehouse yet, you can cancel directly in the CNFans order management panel. Navigate to My Orders, find the order, and select Cancel. Refunds at this stage are processed back to your CNFans balance within 1–3 business days.

Item at CNFans warehouse — QC dispute window
This is the most important stage for refunds. When QC photos arrive, you have 3–7 days to review them. If the item is wrong, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, reject QC and open a dispute. Do not approve QC on a defective item — approval closes the dispute window. After QC approval — limited options
Once you approve QC, CNFans considers the item accepted. Refunds after this stage are only available for shipping damage (with photo evidence) or if the item shipped is materially different from the QC photos you approved. Contact CNFans customer service directly — this is not a standard process and resolution is not guaranteed.

After international shipping — no refund
Once an item leaves the CNFans warehouse bound for your country, standard refunds are not available. If the parcel is lost in transit, CNFans offers compensation through the shipping insurance option (available at the shipping stage). Always purchase shipping insurance for high-value hauls.
