The Dior B22 has released in numerous colourways since its introduction, ranging from technical white mesh with grey suede to more colourful seasonal versions. Rep availability is strongest for the core colourways — white/grey mesh, black/grey, and the classic technical mesh with nude/beige panels. More colourful or seasonal colourways have limited rep availability and often only appear from a single seller, which reduces your ability to compare quality across sellers before buying.

The single most important quality indicator for the B22 is whether the oblique pattern on the mesh is woven into the fabric or printed onto it. In QC photos, a woven pattern has depth — the mesh structure itself creates the pattern, so the CD monogram appears as part of the fabric construction. A printed pattern sits on the surface of a plain mesh — it looks flat and the pattern edges are sharp rather than integrated into the weave structure.

Request a close-up photo of the toe box mesh area specifically in your QC order notes. In flash photography, a woven pattern shows a dimensional, textured surface while a printed pattern shows a flat surface with printed lines. This is the clearest distinguishing photo you can get, and it's not included in standard QC photos without a specific request.

The Dior B22 runs true to size for most buyers, though the chunky sole unit means the shoe's overall proportions are larger than the fit would suggest. Buyers with narrow feet may find the B22 slightly loose in the upper — the multi-panel construction doesn't have the flex-fit of a knit upper, so narrow feet can't rely on the upper adapting to fit. Half-size buyers should size up on the B22 rather than down, as the snug sensation at the smaller size worsens over a day of wear. Women should subtract 1.5 sizes from women's US sizing, with the same round-up rule that applies to other Dior footwear.

The B22's multi-material upper requires material-appropriate cleaning.
